ABOUT US
Hello, I’m Ron Cole. Alchemy is my company. I became a trainer / coach back in 1988 when living in San Jose, California. I have written several books over the years and plan a few more before I’m through. Before that I ran a full service advertising agency. Before that I worked in a marketing department of a major department store company. Before that I graduated with degrees in psychology, sociology and education, mostly from the State University of New York.
My passion is helping people to empower themselves. The methods used are a combination
of goal setting, skills development and spirituality. I believe all three are essential
to a balanced and happy life. We must know where we are going, develop the skills
to get there, and have gratitude and belief.
